Local libraries may offer more than you expect. As well as books and magazines, libraries lend music, DVDs and computer games. Some have coffee shops and all offer free internet access. We need to use them or we will lose them.

Libraries

Rawmarsh Community Library

Barbers Avenue, Parkgate, Rotherham S62 6AE, UK – 01709 255682

They help you to go on the computers and find books

Riverside Library

Riverside House, Main St, Rotherham S60 1AE, UK – 01709 823606

Lovely public space. Good coffee and food selection

The childrens library is great. The staff are amazing and their activities are fun. A wonderful setting for children.

Mowbray Gardens Branch Library

Library/Mowbray Gdns, Rotherham S65 2UH, UK – 01709 370038

It's a nice little library which offers a wide range of services and aims to develop kids into reading at an early age. The draw back is the teenagers running around treating it like a youth club and showing the staff no respect.

Helpful friendly staff
